carving itself again at 4:47 PM
well, it's the semester break now....just a couple of weeks....
before that i was ridiculously busy with all those assignments and projects....
i can just imagine my life next year....it could only get busier!
i'm pretty much slacking all the way right now for the hols.....
and have been playing quite a bit of games with the flatmates!
right now i'm also waiting to go for my exchange trip later this year in sept....
oh i really should get an air ticket soon!
it's pretty exciting going for an exchange and all, but i have so many things to do!
sometimes i just like to make my life troublesome for myself
but i guess that's just the way it has to be in order to get new experiences...
i was hoping to do my industrial attachment in singapore,
but after calculating how much it would cost to fly from nz-canada-singapore-nz....
err.... i think i'll have to hopefully find a company here in nz....
it's just too expensive to fly around like that!
and i havent seen singapore for almost 1.5 years....i wonder what has changed back home....
i do miss the food back home....i want my chinese nasi lemak....hokkien mee....fish meat bee hoon soup....carl's jr, yoshinoya, mos burger, carrot cake, hong zhao ji, mee hoon kueh, peanut pancake....oooo i'm drooling right now....
it's nothing like it here.....
oh, went for a day trip to akaroa the other day....
we went there to get fish and chips...
it was quite nice....but the town itself has nothing much....
i guess cos it's winter....
oh man....i do feel like travelling around!
i like to travel....but it's expensive to do so.....
and i need to start going back to the rec centre
havent seen that place in months too!
hahha....this is one random post.....
i'm just typing stuff that comes up to my mind...
i do need to colour my hair too....
maybe i'll go visit the city tmr....
oh wad else.....
hai i wish i had control over time....that would be bloody cool
oh was chatting with a friend in facebook and it brought back good memories from back in poly!
haha.....it seemed not so long ago....
and i do feel 'old'
in a sense that most of my friends in singapore are graduating/graduated and working and getting engaged and wad else...
and i'm still here a student
hahah! but i love being a student =)
beats working 100%!
but it just feels like everyone is moving on so quickly, and i'm still here
and there's just that weird "wow, i'm getting old too...wonder what i'll be doing in a few years..."
but i wouldn't change anything really, i'm lucky to be where i'm at now
and i must make the most out of it....
